Growth & Account Management
Manage a portfolio of sellers to drive GMV growth through:
Category Strategy & Ecosystem Building
Develop deep expertise in the deadstock and resale market.
Contribute to category strategy, including identifying high-value opportunities (e.g. larger distributors and 1P players).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Operations, Policy, and Governance teams to:
Solve merchant pain points
Unlock category expansion (e.g. new subcategories, compliance)
Improve platform tools and seller experience
Data-Driven Decision Making
Use data to identify growth opportunities, prioritise actions, and measure impact across the seller lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within eCommerce or marketplaces
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and hitting targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fashion resale, off-price, or deadstock markets
Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems (e.g. Amazon, Zalando, Veepee)
Experience working with live commerce or creator-led sales models
