Responsibilities:

1. Product Development Strategy:

• Partner with Product teams to develop and execute product development strategies aligned with the organization's supply chain objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, procurement, and logistics to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement with a focus on fulfillment operations, warehouse management and transportation.

2. New Product Introduction and Launch (NPI):

• Drive the NPI process, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring all milestones are met within the defined timelines and budget.

3. Supply Chain Integration:

• Evaluate existing supply chain processes and systems to identify integration points for new products.
• Work closely with tech and operations teams to integrate new products seamlessly into the supply chain, optimizing inventory management, production scheduling, and distribution processes.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Establish quality standards and performance metrics for new products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement throughout the supply chain.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and resource constraints.
• Act as a liaison between product development, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment of goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in product development, supply chain management, operations, or equivalent.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or related advanced degree.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $253080 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
