TikTok is reshaping the current retail path to purchase and transforming how brands connect with their communities to drive shopping moments through an infinite loop of discovery, consideration, purchase, review and participation To incubate and build the brand ecosystem on TikTok shop by managing and grow a portfolio of brands within TikTok shop by providing strategic roadmap and coordination together with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- TikTok Shop E-commerce LIVE Planning
Conduct in-depth research on e-commerce market trends and target audience needs in South East Asia, and develop comprehensive LIVE strategies and plans.
In-depth drill-down analysis of LIVE data, such as LIVE content quality, user retention, etc., propose effective improvement suggestions and optimization plans based on data feedback.
Monitor the LIVE strategies and performance of core competitors to provide differentiated competitive advantages for the company's LIVE.
- Resource integration and cooperation
provide insight on the core impact of LIVE development, integrating core resources such as products, algorithms, etc., to enhance the market competitiveness of LIVE business.
Expand new gameplay and channels, such as selecting LIVE rooms in the shoptab, to expand the influence and coverage of LIVE.
- Project management and execution
Responsible for the overall management and execution of LIVE projects in the region, including high-quality LIVE rooms, LIVE User Experience, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in LIVE operation or strategic operation, familiar with the development trends and trends of the LIVE industry, internet/consulting background preferred.
- Possess strong data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis and mining of LIVE data.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to cooperate with personnel from different departments to complete LIVE projects.
- Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus as the incumbent will be working closely with external stakeholders across Greater China.
