prove the GMV performance of TSPs covering merchants, help TSPs diagnose data such as traffic and sales, insight into business growth potential and problems, and improve the operational efficiency of TSPs;
4. Design an Incentive Mechanism for service providers, and develop efficient incentive methods for TSPs at different growth stages through on-site research, data analysis, and other methods;
5. Collaborate with category teams to monitor the business performance of TSPs covering merchants and optimize the matching strategy between TSPs and merchants.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce service providers.
- Have good logical analysis skills and data sensitivity, be familiar with the cost and revenue structure of service providers, and be able to guide operations with Data Analysis in aspects such as industry trends, performance evaluation, and project execution
- English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in independent policy measurement and design, budget management, etc. is preferred
- Have rich experience in project management and XFN collaboration, as well as good teamwork spirit
- Overseas cross-cultural work and life experience is preferred. Overseas business trips are acceptable
- Experience in international e-commerce and LIVE e-commerce service providers is preferred
