    At TikTok, our TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) team is the driving force behind managing agencies that serve merchants on TikTok Shop, ensuring partners' performance. We're on the hunt for a seasoned project manager like you to lead the charge in spearheading cross-functional (XFN) projects within our TSP team.

    Get ready to dive into the heart of innovation at TikTok Shop! As a TSP Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of scoping, defining, and implementing exciting projects in collaboration with our cross-functional (XFN) teams - think Governance, Product, Campaign, and Data. Your mission? To level up the agency, seller, and creator experiences for TSPs like never before! You will also have an immediate impact on TikTok Shop UK operations and business growth.

    Your professional expertise should be centered around project management and stakeholder management, with a keen focus on problem-solving in the realm of social commerce and e-commerce.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end projects to meet TSP business needs, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
    • Establish effective cross-functional collaboration frameworks and consult with stakeholders on decision-making.
    • Develop deep subject matter expert (SME)-level knowledge across various aspects of business operations, with a particular focus on governance, legal, product feature development, data, and seller matchmaking.
    • Work with the TikTok marketing team to ensure TSP case studies have an impact on GMV growth and seller matchmaking.
    • Maintain close ties with operations stakeholders and stay involved in operational details to identify growth impediments and effectively measure the impact of these challenges.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above
    • Experience in program or project management
    • Motivated self-starter, curious, and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
    • Proven track record of ownership and results delivery in dynamic environments.
    • Ability to think strategically and prioritize independently, with a keen eye for problem-solving and scalability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills. The ability to liaise confidently and assertively with all levels within the company is essential.
    • Ability to function effectively with geographically separated teams.
    • Extensive experience in cross-functional (XFN) projects and collaboration, demonstrating a robust commercial acumen across various business facets.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Project Management Experience in the e-commerce industry with a good understanding of e-commerce operations (e.g., governance, product, finance, campaign management, data, etc.) is preferrred
    • Experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguous work environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exhibit attention to detail, with the ability to delve into project intricacies.
    • UK market expertise.
