The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

In this role you will collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders to develop and execute mega campaigns (eg: 11.11, 12.12). You will need to understand merchants' insights and develop seller mechanics according to their needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for campaign seller & creator engagement
• Collaborate and coordinate with cluster teams, creator teams, and other cross functions teams to develop and execute mega campaigns (eg: 11.11, 12.12)
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to better understand merchants insights and develop seller mechanics, leverage sellers with budget and assets effectively
• Involved in full-cycle campaign management, from planning to hands-on execution, to real-time monitoring and reporting
• Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies

Preferred Qualification:

• Excellent marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
• Strong executive ability, communication ability, and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results
• Excellent communication and resource integration skills
