    Position summary

    EA countries, and ensuring strong regional branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of SEA markets, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different cultures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute regional-specific marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth for TikTok Shop in SEA. Customize regional campaigns to align with local cultural preferences and market needs.
    • Project Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with overall business objectives, and effective execution across multiple SEA markets.
    • Branding & Positioning: Shape TikTok Shop's brand identity in the region, ensuring consistency and relevance across all marketing channels. Develop strategies to elevate brand recognition, trust, and loyalty within local communities.
    • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to adapt marketing strategies, improve customer experience, and optimize campaigns for each market.
    • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Use data and insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Sales, Data Analytics, and Creative to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with broader business goals.
    • Cross-Cultural Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams in different regions and cultures. Ensure that marketing strategies are culturally appropriate and locally relevant across Southeast Asia.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience: 5+ years in branding and marketing strategy, with a focus on e-commerce, retail, or technology industries. Proven track record in leading successful marketing initiatives in Southeast Asia.
    • Project Management Expertise: Strong skills in planning, managing, and executing cross-functional projects from inception to completion, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and regional e-commerce trends. Experience with market research methodologies and applying insights to marketing strategies.
    • Branding & Strategy: Experience in shaping brand positioning and executing regionally relevant campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Cross-Team & Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and lead teams and stakeholders.
