• Responsible for key meetings and key reports to ensure the organization's external caliber is consistent and the organization's internal information is transparently understood and pulled together.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the service and experience industry, preferably in an eCommerce or high growth environment.
• Good critical and logical thinking. Able to manage different types of projects through comprehensive planning, risk identifying, problem solving and SOP establishment.
• Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and management.
• Experience in building a project from scratch to finish is preferred; Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work style, complemented by international work and study experience.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77968 - $101333 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
