    Position summary

    • Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and deliver data-driven, actionable insights to optimize content strategy and improve conversion efficiency.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, managing end-to-end live planning, day-to-day communication, execution, and ongoing performance coaching to elevate live outcomes.
    • Identify and unlock growth opportunities within the existing seller portfolio by expanding live commerce adoption, increasing participation in priority live initiatives, and driving incremental GMV through strategic upsell and optimization.
    • Stay up to date on live trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and collaborate closely with cluster operations, campaign, product, and other XFN teams to align seller live promotions with broader initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and long-term category live growth.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience and 5+ years experience in e-commerce, social media platforms, or digital content mixed experience on social media platform, brand side or e-commerce side.
    • Proven track record in business development and sales within the live-streaming, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing industry.
    • Strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1; and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
    • Ability to work independently and time manage multiple initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of e-commerce live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
    • Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
    • Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $273600 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
