Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing segment-wise seller education and training with the aim of achieving operational efficiency, policy adoption, and ultimately business growth.
- Identify room for improvement on any stage of each seller segment and develop the content, course, article, or other educational material for education and communication purposes.
- Providing ongoing support and training to sellers to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building courses/ training for sellers in line with global policies and local strategy.
- Design and create promotion materials or projects for seller incubation in collaboration with the incubation team, seller engagement team and management teams.
- Tracking seller progress and impact of curriculum and training on seller performance.
- Responsible on the ad-hoc task been assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 2-5 years of experience in training, education, and seller engagement, from e-commerce platforms, or educational functions
- Strong understanding of platform mechanics, policy, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
- Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in English and Thai.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ownership, hands-on, adaptive, detail-oriented, and aim for the highest standard.
