You will work on high-priority initiatives, partnering closely with Biz Ops, Governance, Product, and other XFN teams to drive strategic solutions and measurable improvements in seller experience.
Responsibilities:
- Seller Experience Analysis: Conduct data analysis and case deep dives to uncover root causes behind seller pain points and operational inefficiencies.
- Strategic Solution Development: Identify and prioritize key seller experience issues and develop systematic, scalable solutions across areas such as onboarding, listing, and violation management.
- Project Management: Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, GNE, Operations, and other teams to implement improvement projects.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key seller experience metrics and provide insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support project reviews and leadership updates to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.

- Experience in strategy & operations, business analysis, or XFN project management.

- Familiarity with seller research or voice-of-seller programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
- Based in London and able to work closely with XFN teams on site
