    Position summary

    Drive seller participation in platform initiatives including live commerce, campaigns, and content programs.
    Content & Communication

    • Own seller-facing content strategy, including email, social channels, community groups, webinars, and campaign communications.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and align content from a legal, brand, and compliance perspective.
    • Ensure all seller communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with platform positioning.
      Campaign & Project Management
    • Lead cross-functional seller marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating with Legal, Content, Live, Product, and Ops teams.
    • Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure efficient execution.
    • Continuously improve internal processes to enhance execution efficiency and scalability.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3 or more years of experience in marketing, growth, seller operations, or platform ecosystem roles.
    • Strong understanding of seller lifecycle and marketplace dynamics.
    • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into seller-friendly messaging.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in emerging markets or international markets
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish
