Drive seller participation in platform initiatives including live commerce, campaigns, and content programs.
Content & Communication
- Own seller-facing content strategy, including email, social channels, community groups, webinars, and campaign communications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and align content from a legal, brand, and compliance perspective.
- Ensure all seller communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with platform positioning.
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional seller marketing projects end-to-end, coordinating with Legal, Content, Live, Product, and Ops teams.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure efficient execution.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance execution efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience in marketing, growth, seller operations, or platform ecosystem roles.
- Strong understanding of seller lifecycle and marketplace dynamics.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into seller-friendly messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in emerging markets or international markets
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
