    About the Team
    E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee and drive the execution of high-impact regional projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and direct contribution to core regional performance indicators.
    • Business Insight and Impact: Develop a deep understanding of the regional E-commerce business landscape, proactively identify key opportunities and challenges, and translate them into actionable project strategies.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage advanced data analysis to evaluate project performance, assess risks, and provide insights that influence strategic business decisions. Ensure data is integrated into all stages of project planning and execution.
    • Dashboard and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that track project KPIs, ensuring key stakeholders have access to timely and actionable insights.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact across global teams, facilitating seamless communication, aligning cross-functional goals, and driving collaboration to maximize project impact.
    • Process Excellence: Design, implement, and optimize operational processes, leveraging data and business insights to improve efficiency and scalability across teams and initiatives.
    • Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate potential risks or obstacles to project success, proactively establish mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects that drive measurable business impact.
    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of E-commerce business models, key performance metrics, and market dynamics, with the ability to connect project outcomes to overall business goals.
    • Analytical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, and experience using data to inform project strategies, track performance, and drive decisions.
    • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate execution.
    • Communication and Influence: Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Adaptability and Leadership: Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
    • Experience in managing projects with direct impact on regional or global P&L.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and scalable workflow design.
    • Demonstrated ability to combine business judgment with data insights to solve ambiguous problems and drive growth.
