- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (creative, creators, online marketing and brand teams) and external agencies to plan and execute high-impact campaigns and real-time content activations.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and community engagement across all social touchpoints.
- Support campaign retrospectives and competitive benchmarking to refine social strategies over time.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing brand presence on major social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience working with creative/media agencies, internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions.
- Strong understanding of content, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail are a must.
