evelop acquisition, assortment growth strategy and content growth strategy: define target prioritization, define key metrics and formulate strategy for various subcategories;
- Lead key cross functional initiatives and special projects to deliver growth in selected areas;
- Work with various teams across TikTok Shop to develop plans and deliver business goals: campaign, TikTok Shopping Center, mass acquisition & incubation, etc.;
- Build and monitor the operational index; Facilitate periodical business reviews and reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce operations or e-commerce strategy;
- Analytical, data driven, structured thinking and goal oriented;
- Ability to articulate thesis and strategies independently;
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of content-based e-commerce is a plus;
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
