Responsibilities:
- Design the overall merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategy (no specific categories). Define goals and priorities, identify opportunities and approaches;
- Identify growth opportunities to improve the business for merchants through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions, such as creator collaboration, agency collaborations and seller growth mission etc.
- Conduct deep dives to understand merchant segments and the root causes of issues that affect sellers' business performance via data analysis.
- Transform the acquisition strategy and partnership into actionable plans;
- Possess a deep understanding of VN culture, customer behavior, and relevant regulations. Conduct market research and analysis, including trend forecasting and strategy implementation for creator product demand and pitch.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiar with the content creation industry and good creator connections.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in content ecommerce or shelf-based ecommerce field.
- Excel in logical and data-driven thinking, possess strong data analysis and business implementation skills, and utilize data to identify patterns, discover opportunities, and provide problem-solving solutions for colleagues and business objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a positive attitude and motivation for delivering impressive, quality output.
- Adapt to a fast-evolving marketplace and handle a range of uncertainties and diverse business environments.
