    Position summary

    d analyze carrier performance metrics to ensure each carrier meets and exceeds performance requirements.

    • Collaborate with the procurement team with carrier service agreements with a focus on KPI terms, SOP design, operation related terms to ensure the carrier understands and will follow the company's longer term goal.
    • Implementation of KPIs terms with carrier when there is a performance breach
    • Collaboration with Settlement team to ensure the payment accuracy
    • Partner with customer service, dispatch, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues and improve last-mile reliability.
    • Lead the assessment and onboarding of new carriers and revisting existing ones to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party delivery service providers and regional carriers.
    • Work closely with the product team to align transportation solutions with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Design and implement scalable transportation network strategies that support geographic expansion, cost optimization, and improved delivery times.
    • Work closely with the procurement team on strategy to ensure carriers partnered with the company are competitive and does fit the company needs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years in transportation, return process management, or customer experience roles within a logistics framework.
    • Strong Project Management skills.
    • Excellent Problem-Solving skills.
    • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

    Preferred Qualification

    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to manage Chinese-origin carriers

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
