Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop comprehensive brand campaign strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead the conceptualization and planning of creative and innovative campaign concepts across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, experiential, etc.).
- Define clear campaign objectives, target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
- Develop detailed campaign timelines, resource allocation plans, and execution frameworks.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and ensure differentiation.
- Campaign Execution & Management:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, sales) and external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR, media buying) to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and content in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
- Oversee the implementation of campaigns across various marketing channels, including digital advertising (SEM, social media ads, display), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, public relations, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure all campaign activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Robust tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Sharp in identifying successful campaign elements and areas for improvement to enhance future campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and provide actionable learnings for future initiatives.
- Brand Building & Collaboration:
- Ensure all campaign activities consistently reinforce the brand identity, messaging, and values.
- Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on campaign development and execution.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing). Able to drive data driven insights.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Team lead/ management experience. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- English proficiency.
