Responsibilities
- Support the TSP Manager in day-to-day partner operations, including onboarding workflows, data tracking, and matchmaking activities between TSPs and sellers
- Support partner education initiatives, including training preparation, documentation, case study and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external teams to identify new opportunities for partner-led growth
- Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase agency performance and content improvement and contribute to agency ecosystem growth
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Able to commit to complete an internship in 2026 for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- German fluency to facilitate coordination with German stakeholders.
- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Previous experience in agency, influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
