About Monetization Integrity (MI) Team
As a part of monetization department, MI should be specifically designed to best serve monetization needs. MI is synonymous with content safety as severe leakage could be fatal to our apps, but it's different from content safety in that: overkill in content safety lead to damage to user experience (hard to measure), whereas overkill in monetization means instant loss of profit. This means for us, controlling overkill is as important as controlling leakage. MI is positioned to be one of the engines to drive growth.

What will I be doing?

1. Act as the 1st line auditor for the quality of the team's and individuals' output
2. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive quality improvements;
3. Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to relevant quality related needs;
4. Participate in quality calibrations with the teams to continuously drive policy understanding and quality result
5. Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the processes, systems and tools.

Qualifications

What should I bring with me?

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least a Bachelor's degree
2. Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;
3. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details.
4. Quality audit and quality management related experiences;
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume and culturally diverse environment
6. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in quality management is desirable
