Position summary
user and /or child abuse or exploitation.
Extensive knowledge across relevant policies to enable swift decision making adhering to robust SLA's.
Reviewing content, posts, comments, users profiles while assessing the escalation in line with a risk assessment matrix.
Record relevant notes and decisions in line with policies and SOP's.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes.
The ability to work with sensitive issues that include suicide content, child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult content.
Drive and participate in key projects across Trust and Safety.
This role requires you to work full weekend coverage and public holidays due to the necessity of 24/7 coverage during normal office hours.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in Trust and Safety or Law Enforcement/Government agencies related areas.
Experience with handling and viewing distressing and sensitive content.
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
Experience of assessing risk and the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
Experience communicating with cross-functional teams.
Experience working independently with sound judgement and in in a fast paced environment.
