Position summary
user and /or child abuse or exploitation.
- Extensive knowledge across relevant policies to enable swift decision making adhering to robust SLA's.
- Reviewing content, posts, comments, users profiles while assessing the escalation in line with a risk assessment matrix.
- Record relevant notes and decisions in line with policies and SOP's.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes.
- The ability to work with sensitive issues that include suicide content, child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, and adult content.
- Drive and participate in key projects across Trust and Safety.
- This role requires you to work full weekend coverage and public holidays due to the necessity of 24/7 coverage during normal office hours.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Trust and Safety or Law Enforcement/Government agencies related areas.
- Experience with handling and viewing distressing and sensitive content.
- Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs.
- Experience of assessing risk and the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
- Experience communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working independently with sound judgement and in in a fast paced environment.
