US News Creator Partnerships and Operations Manager

n line with the product team and track engagement and program progress to goals, incorporating improvements to to optimize initiative success

• Work with product team to identify potential strategic opportunities and approaches based on product roadmaps and data driven needs
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Comms, GR, USDS, Legal) to operationalize and scale creator programs and engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Display a deep understanding of the news industry/landcape in the US, with 2+ practical experience working in a newsroom or news related agency in the US
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a major media or tech company, ideally with a focus on the News industry and creator landscape in the U.S.
• Previous experience building relationships with creators or managing a portfolio of accounts

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
