    Responsibilities:

    • Execute product impact strategy, working with cross functional teams and key product leads.
    • Partner with key product teams, such as LIVE and Shop in the US, to support the roll out of key strategic initiatives (such as SOAR program).
    • Working with XFN teams to drive the 'non-profit platform of choice' strategy by extending the product offering for non-profits, ad credits, content training and donation feature availability.
    • Support engagement with external partners, NGOs and non-profits.
    • Main POC for user donation initiatives, onboarding process for non-profits and key liaison for third party providers like Goodstack and internal product teams.
    • Contribute to CSR communications, case studies and storytelling.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Impact, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
    • Proven experience in building and executing social impact programs and industry best practices
    • Strong project management skills and ability to report to multiple stakeholders, internal and external
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners

    • Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and associated good practice for good.
    • Ability to think strategically, develop impactful initiatives, and execute them effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and draw insights from data.

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $180000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
