    Position summary

    ased Comms & Marketing moments. You'll collaborate closely with brand, comms, partnerships, and policy teams to ensure our Social storytelling is nuanced, strategic, and culturally fluent. You'll understand the impact that TikTok has on the world - whether that's culturally, economically or societal.

    This person should bring a blend of creative vision and operational excellence. You'll know how to shape standout ideas, but also how to build systems that help them scale globally. The ideal candidate brings experience working within large organizations or agencies and thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead content strategy and execution for TikTok, including always-on storytelling and campaign integration.
    • Work cross-functional to develop social-first content that enhances campaigns rather than simply adapting them.
    • Play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up: translating Comms & Marketing strategy into proactive, platform-appropriate content that helps build trust in our company and platform.
    • Act as a central point of contact for Social across Comms, Marketing & Policy and beyond - ensuring alignment of narrative, goals and creative
    • Partner with creators, publishers, and cultural voices to bring authenticity and credibility to our storytelling.
    • Work with the @TikTok team on content planning across internal and external teams, with a focus on US campaign moments in Social.
    • Give strong creative feedback to our partner agencies on concepts, copy, and execution: ensuring output is both on-brand and engaging.
    • Manage external agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality work and productive collaboration.
    • Track content performance and translate insights into actionable learnings for future campaigns.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience working in Social
    • Experience from either working at the brand itself, or at an agency.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working on a national or global brand in Social, especially one with US presence.
    • Proven track record of integrating Social into flagship campaigns, as well as Always On content.
    • Experience with Social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr and more.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112356 - $211112 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
