    Position summary

    position is uniquely designed to engage directly with agency video planners and buyers, influencing a distinct investment landscape with its KPIs, buying methodologies, and decision-makers.
    As a Video Agency Partnership Manager at TikTok, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with media agencies and driving the adoption of TikTok's video advertising solutions. Focused on building deep partnerships with video investment teams, your mission is to position TikTok as an essential platform within agency video planning and elevate our presence among premium video offerings such as Connected TV (CTV) and streaming platforms.
    This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will leverage your agency expertise and understanding of video advertising to influence investment strategies and drive meaningful revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive revenue growth for TikTok by developing strategic partnerships with media agencies focused on Connected TV (CTV), digital and streaming video, serving as a consultative and trusted partner to align investment strategies and buying objectives with TikTok's video solutions to maximize adoption and spend.
    • Manage and grow relationships with key media agencies and holding companies, with a focus on video investment teams.
    • Build trust and drive preference for TikTok as a core video partner through a value-driven and insights-led approach.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and client success, to deliver educational initiatives, thought leadership, and tailored solutions for agency partners.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitive developments to inform go-to-market strategies and optimize agency engagement.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience working within or with media agencies, with a strong understanding of video planning, digital advertising, and audience-based buying.
    • Demonstrated success in building and growing agency relationships, particularly within video and streaming media.
    • Familiarity with holding company structures and investment processes.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both operational and senior agency stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in digital media, CTV/OTT, or streaming platforms, ideally in sales, partnerships, or agency development roles.
    • Exposure to platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Roku, or similar.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the evolving video advertising landscape, including programmatic and cross-screen measurement.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in digital video and advertising technology.
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives tailored for agency audiences.

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95040 - $147600 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
