In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic research to identify novel product opportunities and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences within the Global monetization space;
- Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies,server logs and online experiments (A/B testing);
- Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research;
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Market Research or Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Have a strong interest in user research and Internet products;
- Understand common user research methods;
- Have strong learning ability, be good at thinking and summarizing;
- Be able to use English as a working language.
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
Preferred Qualifications
- Priority will be given to those majoring in related fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Advertising, etc;
- Capable of conducting independent analysis and judgment;
- Possess data sensitivity;
- Able to continuously and proactively learn and optimize work.
