    Team Introduction
    The SMB vendor team is part of SMB sales, targeting SMB long tail advertiser cultivation (activation and onboarding) and providing graduated advertisers to further service teams. We are looking for a seasoned professional in vendor sales programs to spearhead initiatives aimed at driving new advertiser success and solution adoption within our Small Business Team.

    As a vital member of the SMB Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with vertical product growth, in-market sales leadership, acquisition, and operations teams in a rapidly evolving environment. Key skills for success include the ability to establish global vendor operations, prioritize effectively, problem-solve, foster cross-functional alignment, and serve as the expert for our advertising platform and ecosystem. Ideal candidates will possess experience in vendor/sales management, team leadership, working with media products, and familiarity with SMB marketing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be accountable for key business metrics, such as increased revenue, ROI, and product adoptions, while effectively managing the P&L.
    • Develop vendor relationships, encompassing product testing and growth-focused initiatives.
    • Build robust processes, systems, tools/solutions, workflow optimization, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
    • Drive commitments from internal teams, including Products, Engineering, and Marketing.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience working within media in a program or vendor management role.
    • Proven experience in leading teams.
    • BA/BS degree or above.
    • Fast learner with a strong sense of judgment and original thinking, capable of thriving in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Track record of delivering against challenging performance goals.

    Preferred Qualification

    • Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
