Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow local and global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration in the market
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse market performance to constantly give feedback on optimised long term strategies
Leadership:
- Drive growth for the advertising business and increase TikTok footprint in the region
- Work with the international leadership team to design and implement sales strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible go to market strategies, by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
- Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- People management experience, specifically sales teams
- Manage, identify, and develop talent in a high performing, diverse team
- Expert understanding of digital ad products, technologies and marketing ecosystems
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English, Portuguese and Spanish as this role will work with vendors and stakeholders in those markets
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
