Candidates will require a strong background in brand and performance marketing. Experience in social commerce would also be beneficial as this vertical includes an increasing number of TikTok Shop merchants looking to scale at pace.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a sales strategy and execution plan to achieve revenue and product goals
- Maintain high-trusted client relationships to convince investment at scale, understand specialised market situations with a data mindset, deeply understand our product features.
- Set cooperation tone for internal teams, collaborate with context and empathy
- Identify and retain the right talents, create collaborative environments with integrity and safety
- Lead by example, improve individual/team performance and assist employees to set relevant development goals
- Show optimism to face change, effectively share the changes and potential impacts, lead the team to ensure daily operation under ambiguity
- Set expectations and break down goals for the team, provide hands-on support when needed, coordinate with team and acquire resources to achieve goals
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant vertical experience
- Experience working in a commercial role at a technology-driven company within branding, performance marketing or programmatic, client side or experience working agency side with Food & Beverage businesses
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
- Deep measurement experience
