Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our Wellbeing Team is a multidisciplinary group of experts responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing strategy and programs for all Trust & Safety teams at Tiktok. Our programs are designed to support and promote positive wellbeing and psychological health, as well as promote a healthy working environment and culture at TikTok.
This is a first-of-its-kind role focused on wellbeing delivery strategy, oversight & delivery of specialist wellbeing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the governance, delivery & evaluation of wellbeing programs. We are looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals grow and develop through the facilitation of wellbeing programs.
This is a new opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams both internally and outside the company to provide scalable wellbeing & psychological health solutions, which will have a direct impact on the company's growth and the wellbeing of its people. This role's primary focus is on the delivery and quality assurance of wellbeing programs, along with the opportunity to act as a consultant to the business. Candidates should be an established thought leader and subject matter expert in organisational learning, employee wellbeing & global training evaluation.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
