This is a new opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams both internally and outside the company to provide scalable wellbeing and psychological health solutions, and make strong impacts on the company's growth and the wellbeing of its people.

Candidates should have a solid background in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders are also essential.

Some of the things you'll do:

• Own, develop, and maintain a comprehensive Wellbeing Needs Assessment Framework.
• In partnership with the wellbeing research team, develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.
• Define & report on success metrics and KPIs to track program outcomes.
• Design and enhance wellbeing programs that address identified needs and align with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in wellbeing and incorporate them into program design.
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing strategy to align with the organization's overall mission and values.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the wellbeing strategy, making adjustments as needed.

Note: This role can be based in Dublin/London.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• PhD. or Masters in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in designing, evaluating and supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context
• Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders at all levels within organisations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 40% post-COVID)
