    Position summary

    ormance Metrics Analyst, you will play a vital role in translating our business strategy into actionable workforce performance measurements. Your responsibilities will include breaking down each performance metric into its contributing factors, conducting in-depth vertical and horizontal cross-metric analyses, and recommending improvement opportunities. To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to think strategically, align workforce management initiatives with long-term business objectives, and anticipate future needs and challenges. Your expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and proficiency in data analysis and workforce analytics will be crucial for driving process optimization and efficiency gains in our workforce management practices.

    Responsibilities :

    1. Performance Metric Alignment:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and departmental managers to translate our business strategy into clear and meaningful workforce performance measurements.
    • Ensure alignment between performance metrics and organizational objectives.
    1. Contribution Factor Breakdown:
    • Break down each performance metric into its contributing factors, identifying key drivers that influence workforce performance.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the components that impact performance outcomes.
    1. Cross-Metric Analysis:
    • Conduct vertical and horizontal cross-metric analyses to identify correlations, trends, and insights within our performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with teams to gain a holistic view of workforce performance.
    1. Improvement Recommendations:
    • Recommend improvement opportunities based on performance metric analyses.
    • Develop actionable insights and strategies to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
    1. Strategic Alignment:
    • Think strategically and align workforce management initiatives with long-term business objectives.
    • Anticipate future workforce needs and challenges, ensuring proactive workforce planning.
    1. Continuous Improvement Expertise:
    • Apply continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, to drive process optimization and efficiency gains in workforce management practices.
    • Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    1. Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Utilize your proficiency in data analysis and workforce analytics to derive insights from various data sources, including demand forecasts, capacity utilization, scheduling data, and performance metrics.
    • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • Experienced in Hoshin Plan, X Matrix, Kaizen methodology.
    • Proven experience in workforce performance metrics analysis or related roles.
    • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and workforce analytics.
    • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application in workforce management.
    • Experience in Gemba Walk, Managing Daily Improvement, A3 methodology will be a plus.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinking and the ability to align workforce management with broader business objectives.
    • Fundamental knowledge of business accounting or financial accounting is a plus.
      Preferred Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within workforce management, HR analytics, or business performance analysis.
    • Familiarity with workforce management systems and tools.
    • Experienced in cost-saving management projects or programs.
    • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.
