ng the development and/or improving ML models, collaborating with external partners, and ensuring that safeguards are integrated into new product features;

• Have a solutions-oriented mindset to effectively identify and address problems;
• Develop system implementation plans, scale safeguards across different products and enhance existing processes;
• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance;
• Partner and align with multiple cross-functional teams (from Policy, Legal, T&S Product, Core Product, Ops) to drive program development;
• Facilitate consensus on solutions, develop strategies to address critical issues, and ensure effective execution;
• Collaborate with external partners to assess potential new technology integrations and develop integration plans for our products.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program and/or project management, particularly in areas related to Trust and Safety or similar fields such as Risk, Fraud, Consulting;
• Experience in developing and implementing scalable systems and processes;
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of current legislation related to Age Assurance and experience with regulatory compliance;
• Understanding of machine learning models and their application in safety measures;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to navigate complex, multifaceted problems and drive towards effective solutions;
• Worked with global teams across multiple time zones, ability to shift priorities and adapt to change.
