You will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners, ensuring seamless operations and effective lease management. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement of 3 office days per week. Additional office days may be necessary based on business needs and workload.
Process mail and distribute relevant documents to the appropriate departments
Organize and archive various paperwork, including printing, binding, and filing lease agreement documents
Handle weekly checklist procedure for Landlord requests
Process estoppels and SNDAs for Landlord financing or sale of property
Review and update landlord address change requests, including follow up for missing information
Perform quarterly SOX audits for internal compliance
Research shopping center conditions for ongoing Co-Tenancy project and assisting team in verification of requirements
Resolve Landlord questions or concerns
Proactively respond to questions, requests and research lease information
Complete special projects as assigned
Who We Are Looking For: You.
Prior Administrative experience highly preferred
Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship-building and collaboration abilities
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Flexible with job duties and assignments
Efficient in high-volume environments while maintaining professionalism
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks
Capable of working independently and within a team, taking initiative when needed

This position has a starting pay range of $23.35 to $32.25 per hour.
