What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire store teams to deliver outstanding sales and store standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational excellence

• Champion our off-price model and uphold brand identity across all stores

• Drive KPIs, manage payroll and costs, and implement shrink strategies

• Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally across multiple sites

• A track record of delivering results through people

• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills

• Skilled in building relationships and collaborating across functions
