d follows through with necessary departments and levels within the company as well as Identifies and anticipates the needs of the merchants to adhere to all timelines and expectations.
Daily management of reservation calendar; anticipate volumes of samples to be worked, ensure proper physical set-up of samples.
Assesses daily sample workload of Merchandise Processor team and delegates accordingly.
Anticipates the needs of the merchants and merchandise setup.
Accommodates impromptu requests.
Communicates with various partners, Product Development, and Merchandise Operations.
Problem solves issues independently and escalates when needed to Supervisor.
Provides feedback and suggestions to management on building efficiencies and staff development; escalates concerns to Supervisor.
Trains and on boards new Merchandise Processors.
Tracks all inbound and outbound deliveries.
Manages the flow of Fedex, UPS, vendor, and homeoffice shipments.
Communicates and coordinates weekly charity pickups; ensures goods are secure for transport.
Prepares samples for viewing and evaluating. Distributes samples/packages to respective sections or conference rooms.
Assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized building. Partners independently with workplace services as needed. Maintains the facilities supply needs.

Who We Are Looking For: You.
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, follow through
History of follow through and effective prioritization
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability working in an ever changing, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated independent problem solving
Strong delegation, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
Supervisory experience preferred
Address low level issues independently
Self- motivated, independent worker
Ability to quickly adopt and use new computer systems
May require heavy lifting (50+lbs)
