    Position summary

    rove Associate engagement and reinforce the Company's cultural values. Responsible for developing and guiding the team that provides information, training, and coaching to HR teams in the Field, Distribution Services, and Home Office to enhance the Associate experience. This is a hybrid position based in our Framingham, MA offices.

    Major Areas of Responsibility

    • Leads and prioritizes work for the Associate Experience Team to include, but not limited to: Gift of the Heart program, Emergency Response, Field Service Awards, New Associate Programs, and Data Analytics Reporting

    • Manages members of the Associate Experience team, providing coaching, guidance, and career development

    • Develops and leads strategies to support team innovation, technology integration, process improvement, and collaboration

    • Establish and lead administrative and logistical strategies that align with AR COE priorities and individual growth for Associate Experience

    • Acts as liaison for the TAAP program

    • Oversees the execution of the Gift of the Heart Program and make recommendations to HR leaders on program enhancements

    • Develops strategy and execution of all Associate Experience reporting

    • Builds close relationships with the departments and functional areas outside of Associate Experience that support the Associate experience

    • Provides leadership and guidance for the Service Now platform both domestically as well as in partnership with other geos

    • Collaborates with Positive Associate Relations, Associate Relations Investigations, and Associate Relations Practices leaders to ensure consistent, credible, outstanding operations support

    • Coaches clients, peers and direct reports on a regular basis

    • Coach and guide HR leaders on future trends of AR as well as the overall Associate experience

    • Promote and Advocate Open Door through ongoing execution of all Associate Experience initiative

    • Special projects as assigned

    Who We Are Looking For: You.

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    • 5-7 years of human resources experience. Associate Relations/Experience experience preferred

    • 3 Years data analytics/reporting experience

    • 2 Plus years in a leadership role

    • Detailed and thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices

    • Strong organization and strategic planning skills

    • Leadership experience and the ability to act as a collaborative partner and positively influence management and teams to work in the best interest of the company

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)

    • Ability to strategize at high level and analyze insights and trends from data

    • Outstanding attention to detail

    • Solution-driven problem-solving skills

    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (with advanced expertise in Excel)

    • Adept technical skills

    • Ability to multitask and adjust to competing priorities

    This position has a starting salary range of $113,600.00 to $147,700.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
