You will be assigned a mix of core responsibilities as well as special projects which will optimize logistics operational performance, drive cost savings and build the necessary tools and capabilities to support our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for 3PL building management
Facilitate weekly 3PL provider meetings and KPI reviews.
Manage exceptions and be the escalation point for all building/outbound issues
Continuously monitor freight volume and flow to ensure product arrives when needed.
Implement new supply chain processes and improve current processes to positively impact freight flow.
Influence business partners and be the face of TJX.
Be a part of strategic special projects.
Minimal Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain preferred with 5-7 years' of applicable experience MBA preferred.
Strong 3rd party management skills.
Strong analytical and excel skills. Able to use pivot tables and vlookups
Strong Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills; no day is the same in off-price retail, the ability to assess situations quickly and provide alternate solutions is key to success
Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment; product moves quickly through our supply chain network, it is important to react quickly to incoming requests.
A self-director who can manage their own timelines and set priorities
Ability to influence others without authority and an agile learner.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships; you are the face of TJX to many of our external strategic partners.
Flexible and adaptable; priorities change frequently based on business demands, the ability to change direction quickly is critical.

This position has a starting salary range of $113,600.00 to $147,700.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
