They collaborate with Global Talent Operations and Global Leadership Development Design partners to share course input and learner needs, positively influencing the evolution of the One Global Talent Management (GTM) approach to learning design and execution.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
This position will lead, direct, coordinate and deliver instructor-led training, virtual training, and blended leadership training solutions at a sophisticated level
Responsible for achieving the outcome of learning objectives in an engaging way that meets the needs of the learner audience
Lead and facilitate instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual leadership training solutions to all client groups across TJX
Facilitate and produce all modalities
Facilitate core leadership curriculum, as well as accelerated development and ad hoc needs for intact and/or senior leadership groups
Communicate and collaborate with Global Talent Operations and Global Leadership Development Designers and support when/where needed, including weighing in on and influencing curriculum and design development
Maintain relevant facilitation certifications (i.e., DDI, Fierce)
Participate in projects assigned
Support other learning initiatives as needed
Meet the needs of learners across all levels of the organization
Post-training event, provide support to learners and their managers once back on the job and evaluate and assess training and its impact
Who We Are Looking For: You.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years experience in facilitating leadership development classes both in person and virtually.
Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and exposure to design principles
Proven presentation and facilitation skills with audiences, including individual contributors, supervisors, and managers
Leadership ability to act as a collaborative partner across GTM
Up-to-date business knowledge and acumen
Strong collaborative abilities including negotiation, organizational, conflict management, information gathering, resilience, and active listening skills
Strong people development skills, including coaching, providing advice and guidance to resolve issues/problem
Integrate planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
The role requires an individual who is passionate about training and is comfortable spending at least 75% of their time as a facilitator

This position has a starting salary range of $83,100.00 to $106,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
