This leader helps to establish and lead clear and compelling plans for their respective channels which can range from retail experience to social media.
Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Marketing for TJ Maxx, this specific role is responsible for ensuring that the brand is expressed through the customer experience in our digital properties (site & e-mail) and overall in-store environment, inclusive of seasonal signage, partnership with the TJX Rewards loyalty program and the opening of new stores. This individual will direct the development and lead marketing programs that improve the customer experience in-store and online. This role will partner closely with key collaborators in Store Operations, Store Design, Merchandising, .com, Media, and Loyalty to ensure strategies and initiatives effectively convey the brand identity and build shopping environments that are easy, fun and underscore the value proposition.

Who We Are Looking For: You.
Partner with the AVPD TJ Maxx, and internal collaborators, to contribute to the development of annual strategies and plans for TJ Maxx retail experience, email/site and new stores
Drive marketing direction and coordinate team on execution of retail marketing plans for stores, seasonal sign packages, merchandise department opportunities and field opportunities
Drive marketing direction and supervise team on execution of email and site content
Liaise with the Merchant and Planning Teams to interpret business priorities and advise development of quarterly/seasonal digital and in-store content
Partner with TJX Loyalty team to develop content that helps to drive growth of TJX Rewards program
Collaborate with Store Operations, Store Design, Consumer Insights and Merchandising on the development of new store prototypes and store design projects
Develop strategic marketing plans and lead execution of new store openings and relocations
Drive creative development of TJ Maxx Gift Cards for both stores and site
Cultivate positive relationships with Store Operations and Field via communication of key marketing programs and partnerships to generate awareness and engagement
Collaborate across TJ Maxx Brand team to share ongoing programs and strategies to deliver a consistent experience across all marketing channels
Manage internal communications (video production, presentations, etc.) for TJ Maxx that drive awareness, excitement and engagement behind Brand initiatives among key audiences
Lead the annual forecasting and monthly tracking of Marketing Signage, New Store Opening, and Shipping budgets
Manage and develop a high performing team - encouraging a culture in which each associate feels welcomed, valued, and engaged
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of Marketing and or Customer Experience for an advertising agency or BTC business, preferably in retail or fashion/home fashions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, including deep listening and inquiry, highly collaborative
Interest in fashion/style, home trends, and is digitally savvy
Experience evaluating creative and interpreting brand vision through creative execution
Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization
Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the office in Framingham, MA and is not open to remote work.
This position has a starting salary range of $111,300 to $144,800 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
