Who We Are Looking For:

The Global Supply Chain - Logistics Solutions team is responsible for software and systems that support TJX's world-class Logistics and Customs Declarations functions.

Logistics encompasses all business operations dealing with moving merchandise from our vendors to our processing centres and eventually to our stores all the while managing all business operations to do with customs declarations.

Our team is looking for Senior Product Owner with a passion for product management, technology, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to try new things to drive better solutions and get results.

As a Senior Product Owner in the Global Supply Chain - Logistics IT team you will drive the delivery of business value through implementing and improving Enterprise Application Integrations

In this role you will own the detail of what gets done sprint by sprint by your team, where you will act as the 'voice of the customer'. Your core responsibilities will be to create priorities and refine user stories so that there are always adequate stories ready to develop and test, identify dependencies, and optimize the backlog to release business value to users as efficiently as possible.

Sr. Product Owner is Responsible for defining Team Product Backlog of User Stories including backlog prioritization, refinement, and creation of acceptance criteria along with agreed upon definitions of ready and done. Has the foundational knowledge of SAFe principles, Kanban, and Scrum including embracing agile principles and applying lean agile mindset. Demonstrates knowledge of critical thinking skills like Analytical, Problem Solving, Open-minded, creativity, etc. They have a Product/Domain knowledge that guides, informs, and provides insight on what product enhancements, maintenance, and efficiencies are needed. Product Owners at this level can support the delivery of assigned Product Increment (PI) objectives. They can be assigned to a maximum of one agile team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management and technology

• 5+ years as a Product Owner in an SAFe agile delivery framework. Experience with, and strong understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams

• Proven ability to analyse and document technical requirements writing user stories and acceptance criteria using industry standard techniques

• Proven ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences

• Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations

• A demonstrable 'engineering mindset' and eye for the technical detail required to fluency to clearly define work that engineers can execute

• Understanding of agile methodology, techniques, and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence)

• Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships

• Experience in working with a global function in a complex, multi-national corporate setting with geographically dispersed teams.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Strong experience with SAFe and agile development methodologies

• Understanding of Technology architecture & design, nonfunctional requirements, and best practices

• Experience working on Enterprise Application Integrations

Nice to have Qualifications:

• Azure Cloud in general

• Experience working with API management, ESB, MQ and other integration tools

• Domian expertise in Supply Chain Management

• Experience in Research and Development, Product Innovation

• Exposure to diverse portfolio of applications is a plus

• Exposure to modernization practices

• SAFe PO / PM (or similar product management related) certification
