ice center and consolidation networks. They will develop new capabilities for the TJX through the following areas:
Build capacity model for TJX Service Center and Consolidation networks
Develop, analyze, review, and recommend engineering solutions to improve product flow and optimize building design
Own comprehensive network intelligence on Logistics operated facilities
Major Areas of Responsibility & Activities:
Analyze and provide solutions for cost reduction through process improvements and cost/benefit analyses
Create a comprehensive network intelligence library on Logistics operated facilities
Develop capacity models for all TJX Logistics operated facilities
Develop and maintain simulation modeling capabilities to support long term network designs
Simulate product flow to identify operational bottlenecks and develop, analyze, and present cost-efficient solutions
Design and recommend Service Center product flows and efficient layouts
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of TJX Logistics' footprints, inclusive of both facilities and providers
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Service Center assets and track end of life cycle timelines
Minimal Skills / Requirements:
3-5 years professional experience as an Industrial Engineer, preferably in the retail and/or distribution space
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial preferred
Experience with Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD
Understanding of time study and work methods analysis
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a solution- oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Experience developing and delivering presentations at the director and senior levels, supporting both operational and executive communication of concepts
Demonstrated project management skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Ability to take ideas from concept to implementation, and influence decision-making with all stakeholders
Possess outstanding multi-tasking ability to meet concurrent project timelines
Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external partners
Ability to travel as needed

This position has a starting salary range of $83,100.00 to $106,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
