Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze large datasets from marketing platforms and internal data sources to identify actionable insights.
Identify trends in local market performance, cost per sale, and channel efficiency.
Develop analysis that helps optimize media investments and improve marketing performance.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through data-driven recommendations.
Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain recurring performance reports for marketing and leadership teams.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key performance indicators such as:
Cost per sale
Conversion rate
Media efficiency by channel
Local market performance
Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, analytics, and media teams to support campaign analysis.
Provide analytical support for media planning, optimization, and budget allocation.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Management
Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.
Organize and structure data for scalable reporting and analysis.
Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, large dataset management).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling way.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Qualtrics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or Power BI.
Familiarity with the paid media landscape (search, social, display, programmatic, etc.).
Experience building dashboards or automated reporting systems.
Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and attribution frameworks.

Deliver clear insights on which channels and markets drive the most efficient sales.
Improve the speed and clarity of marketing reporting.
Enable marketing teams to make better, data-driven investment decisions.
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.

Pay Ranges
$54,983.00 - $91,638.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
