    What We're Looking For:

    • Sales Experience: Do you have the expertise to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals with net new and existing customers of US urban school districts and state focused initiatives driven by the Department of Education? Your experience is invaluable to us.

    • Make your Mark: Are you someone who isn't afraid of goliath challenges and can identify customer's pain-points throughout the organization related to the ever-changing workforce demands? Are you the quarterback who can lead this complex sales process to success?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Excellence: Consistently surpass sales targets by managing intricate sales processes and delivering outstanding results.

    • Strategic Partnership: Engage economic buyers, Champions and Coaches with compelling presentations of HCM and WFM products and services, tailored to their needs.

    • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of the curve with a deep understanding of the Local Education Agency (LEA) and State Education Agency (SEA) HCM and WFM/SaaS industry, buying processes, competitors, and market trends.

    • Innovative Solutions: Leverage technical advancements to showcase the capabilities of our products in impactful ways.

    • Account Strategy: Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and uncover new sales opportunities.

    • Market Dominance: Elevate UKG's presence in the largest K-12 School Districts through proactive awareness-building and strategic initiatives.

    • Prospect Generation: Generate new prospects through self-driven activities, lead conversion, and participation in dynamic sales and marketing events.

    • Collaborative Success: Coordinate with pre-sales, professional services, marketing and support teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Account Executive with 5+ years of proven success selling Cloud/SaaS based software solutions at the C-Level

    • 3+ years of K-12 school district selling experience

    • Consistently exceeded a $1.3 M+ annual quota

    • Experience selling deals over $250,000+ ACV and managing sales cycles between 6 and 12+ months

    • Experience with Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Powerbase Selling methodology or similar Sales methodology

    • Experience selling HCM and WFM software solutions

    • Superior negotiation, written and verbal communication skills

    • Up to 50% travel

    The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $112,500; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
