Data Center Operations Administrator

ter as part of our Cloud Operations Services team.

About the Role:
Primary responsibilities of this role include troubleshooting multiple environmental, processing and updating ticketing system, adherence to change process and procedures and analyzing infrastructure alerts.

Other Responsibilities include:
• Performing daily inspections of all equipment
• Maintaining equipment inventories of racking and cabling equipment
• Assist vendors and internal Cloud Engineers with deploying and replacing hardware components

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working in an enterprise environment of at least 300 servers
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Center operations
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• 2+ years experience in hardware-related issues' troubleshooting and repair
• 2+ years of experience in data cable wiring and management
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Dell, HP, & NetApp equipment
• Ability to lift equipment in excess of 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with DCIM software or Sunbird
• Experience working with Juniper devices
• Experience working with NAS/SAN gear
• Experience working with enterprise hardware monitoring tools
• Experience working with VMWare
