    Role Summary:

    In this role, you will lead a global team of Field Operations Managers to drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across UKG's go-to-market ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global field operations.

    Success in this role means enabling high-performance teams, optimizing operational processes, and delivering actionable insights that accelerate business outcomes. You will foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with UKG's strategic priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Partnership & Influence

    • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across GTM, Contracts, Finance, Legal, Order Management, and Credit.

    • Champion alignment between field operations and broader business objectives.

    • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

    Global Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team of Field Operations Managers.

    • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

    Operational Excellence

    • Oversee performance management, compensation planning, and goal setting.

    • Partner with HR to proactively address performance and engagement challenges.

    • Lead strategic planning and execution of global operations meetings and initiatives.

    Innovation & Change Management

    • Lead change management efforts to adapt to market dynamics and organizational transformation.

    • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process optimization.

    Business Intelligence & CRM Oversight

    • Manage global deal tracking and performance analytics using Salesforce and other CRM platforms.

    • Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and regions.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

    • Act as a key escalation point for complex business scenarios and strategic initiatives.

    • Facilitate alignment between field operations and corporate functions

    Leadership by Example

    • Embody and promote UKG's core values and leadership behaviors.

    • Provide hands-on support and backup for regional leaders as needed.

    • Inspire teams through authentic leadership and strategic vision.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

    • 10+ years in senior leadership roles within global operations or sales operations.

    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.

    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

    • Technical proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, and Microsoft applications preferred.

    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities.

    • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

    The base salary range for this position is $142,100 to $204,200; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
