You will lead a team of Strategic Sales Representatives, shaping go-to-market strategies, building a high-performance culture, and driving consistent revenue growth through new business.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Strategic Sales Representatives to consistently exceed targets. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture across the UKI region.
New Client Acquisition
Own and drive the acquisition of new logos, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close. Ensure a strong pipeline and predictable revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
Support your team in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and aligning UKG solutions to their needs.
Strategic Planning
Guide the team in developing and executing strategic account and territory plans that maximise growth opportunities and customer value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Problem Resolution
Act as an escalation point for complex client challenges, ensuring issues are resolved effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market & Industry Insight
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Leverage insights to refine strategy and strengthen UKG's position in the market.
About You
Proven success in a Sales Leadership role with 2-5 years of people management experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology organisation
Strong track record of driving new business and acquiring new logos
Experience engaging, influencing, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders (e.g., CEO, CFO, CHRO, CIO)
Demonstrated success selling into and leading teams focused on the SMB/Mid-Market segment
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams across the UKI region
Experience developing and executing strategic sales and territory plans
Exposure to or experience working with partner ecosystems is highly desirable
Industry experience (e.g., HCM, Workforce Management, or adjacent SaaS sectors) is preferred
Strong understanding of CRM tools and modern sales methodologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

The base salary for this position is £115,000, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
