    About the Team:
    Our Sales organization has experienced tremendous growth quarter over quarter! We take great pride in the fact that our sales organization has had the highest employee engagement in the company! The Healthcare sales team is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align to customer and prospects goals with our incredible product suite.

    About the Role:
    The Account Executive will be focused on selling into the Enterprise and Upper Enterprise space on the Post Acute Healthcare Team. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives. This individual will focus on selling to companies with employee size of 2,500+.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Drive Enterprise-Level Growth

    • Drive significant revenue generation and account expansion initiatives, focusing on large enterprise deals and long-term partnerships across UKG, customers and partners.

    • Continuously bring ideas to the table and communicate to leadership

    • All offerings to be positioned in accounts to drive maximum revenue

    • Forecasting and key tasks updated daily within Clari and Salesforce

    Strategic Client Relationship Management

    • Foster and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers in all accounts, leveraging your successful years of enterprise selling experience to act as a trusted advisor.

    • Onsite executive business reviews required in all assigned accounts (coordinated by UEAE) bringing key stakeholders to the table from UKG.

    Advanced Sales Strategy Execution

    Utilize your extensive sales expertise to craft and implement sophisticated sales strategies for all prospects, addressing industry-specific challenges and opportunities to drive demand and close net new customers to UKG.

    **Basic Qualifications:

    **

    • 5+ years of proven success selling Cloud/SaaS based software solutions at the C level

    • 2+ years selling within Healthcare

    • Consistently exceed a $1.5 Million+ quota.

    • Experience selling deals over $1,000,000 in ARR and managing sales cycles over 9+ months

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Sandler, Challenger, Powerbase Selling methodology or similar Sales methodology

    • Experience selling a Workforce Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution

    • Superior negotiation, written and verbal communication skills

    • Organized and detail oriented

    • High level of collaboration internally and externally

    Travel:

    • Up to 50% travel

    Pay Transparency:

    The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $147,500; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
