    Position summary

    Governance (ESG) Program. You will help manage business-critical work across a range of ESG topics that will broaden your skills as you help advance the overall program goals.

    Responsibilities:
    Working with the ESG Operations Manager and Director of Compliance and ESG Operations to develop, enhance, and manage the execution of UKG's ESG Program, including:

    • Research and monitor ESG issue areas, emerging trends, governance, reporting, and measurement.
    • Manage the coordination and scheduling of UKG ESG Governance team meetings, including primary, leadership, and steering groups.
    • Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis, and communication of ESG-related data for annual audits, questionnaires, investor surveys, and reports.
    • Support functional support groups and divisions in the development of goals, targets, and KPIs.
    • Manage ESG measurement and outcome tracking, including data collection of KPI metrics and process and improvement initiatives.
    • Prepare written and visual communications related to ESG for both internal and external audiences, including talking points, memos, e-mail updates, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and reports.
    • Assist in the timely development, production, and dissemination of the annual Global Impact Report; and other duties as assigned.
    • Support the ESG Ops Team in training, communication, and implementation of ESG across the company.
    • Identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, and efficiency in current ESG processes/initiatives (e.g., internal/external requests, policy development, data collection).
    • Assist in the organization and management of the biennial ESG materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement reviews.

    The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the successful candidate will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role.

    Qualifications
    Basic Qualifications:
    • The ESG Analyst is responsible for contributing to UKG's ESG programs, policies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in environmental, social, and governance programs and disclosures.
    • Experience with building and managing successful projects within a highly matrixed organization.
    • Analytically minded who has strong, proven skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and financial data analysis.
    • Experience in managing ESG issues and disclosures, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Possess a working knowledge of reporting frameworks and industry standards (e.g., SASB, TCFD, GRI, UN SDGs, ISSB).
    • Experience with external questionnaire platforms including, but not limited to, CDP and EcoVadis.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Superior interpersonal communications skills who can distill, summarize, and articulate large volumes of information to meet the different needs of internal and external audiences.
    • Intellectually curious mindset who takes the initiative to analyze, query and problem solve.
    • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once.
    • Quick learner and adaptable to change.
    • Excellent organizational skills as well as creativity and resourcefulness.

    Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

    The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $65,000 to $85,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

    San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

    There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $ 65,000 to $85,000 per year.
