The UKG Service Management Platform team is seeking a ServiceNow Development support personnel. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the ServiceNow enterprise-wide platform development and administration responsibilities. This includes managing Incidents and tasks assigned to the group and developing code for the business requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Configuration and Scripting: Configure and script on the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripting to enhance functionality and user experience.
Strong Hands-on experience on UI/UX designing.
Strong experience in designing web components using AngularJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS.
Service portal - Creating custom widgets, Pages and understanding of existing custom widgets.
Strong technical knowledge in: Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, UI page, UI Builder, Web Services, and Jelly.
Strong knowledge of AngularJS, JavaScript (with Widget customizations).
Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflows and orchestration processes within ServiceNow to automate routine tasks and streamline business processes.
Service Catalog: Develop and maintain the Service Catalog, including the creation of catalog items, variables, and associated workflows to support IT and non-IT service requests.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide real-time insights into service management and operational efficiency.
Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Manage and prioritize incidents and tasks assigned to the group
Work directly with users to resolve Incidents and complete tasks within ServiceNow
Develop clear and concise technical and process knowledge articles for the team
Work with developers on defects found in the platform
The Essentials
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
4 - 6 years of ServiceNow Development experience
ITIL certification is preferred
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
